Miami Vice used white Ferrari Testarossas for the main series, but they were originally delivered in Nero Metallizzato (Black Metallic) from the factory; producer Michael Mann had them repainted white for better visibility in night scenes, though a black Testarossa briefly appeared as another character's car in Season 3 before being replaced by the iconic white one for Crockett.
